USA Coil has a very extensive line of booster heating coils for both hot water, water/glycol and low pressure steam applications. We fabricate coils in 5/8”, 1/2 ” or 3/8” OD tube patterns and in flanged or slip and drive styles. We can fabricate with either sweat, female or male threaded connections and finned lengths on one inch increments.
Selecting coils, especially for large projects, is really easy using our booster coil selection module on the coil selection disc. You simply complete the columns vertically making sure you check off the number of coil selections on the left. Keep working your way across the page and make all selections at once. This program can select as many as 75 coils at once with this module. You will obtain the list pricing, input and output sheet and the drawing. The booster coil module will give you a printed sheet showing individual list pricing and there will be a total at the bottom. Below is the total list price for the project:
Total List Price x Multiplier = Total Net Cost – Full Freight Allowed
Just send in the sheets you receive from the booster coil module program to include input, output, pricing and drawing sheets with your order. Make sure the "TAG" column is properly completed so we can tag the coils for the project. All orders normally ship in 4 or 5 weeks after formal release.
