USA Coil has 36 different size 1 and 2 row hot water booster heating coils for quick, 5 working day shipment. All of the coils are 10 fins per inch and are constructed of 5/8" od x .020 wall tubes, plate corr/rippled aluminum fins, copper headers [ if required ] and 16 guage galvanized steel casing. All coils have copper MPT style connections.
The quick shipment list price sheet shows the finned height x finned length, no of feeds [ sometimes known as circuits in our industry ], connection size and coil arrg’t per our drawing # 5FB -100. All Coils have 1" casing top, bottom and on both sides and are all 4" casing depth [ regardless if they are 1 or 2 row ].

To get the actual performance of a quick ship booster coil as scheduled, you need to go to the coil selection disc and pick "Water coils". Do not pick the "Booster coil" selection because it is a selection module and you need a rating module. Fill out the information and use custom for the circuitry in the drop down and then place the number of feeds per price sheet. It is best to use GPM vs. leaving water if you know it. There is no need for a water pressure drop value because you are rating a coil and it is what it is at the flow rate specified. If the coil you select doesn’t do the job , then go to a
different size etc.
All coils are model numbers as follows :
1 row is F110 - FH x FL – Feeds [ example F110 - 12 x 24 – 1 ]
2 row is F210 – FH X FL – Feeds [ example F210 - 12 x 24 - 1 ]
