Shipping Options

Option 1 - STOCK EQUIPMENT-24 OR 48 HOUR SHIPMENTS

USA Coil & Air builds a variety of standard H.V.A.C equipment that we stock at our plant in Texas. Below is a list of equipment that we stock.

Hot Water Coils for duct installation-(36) sizes from 6"x6" thru 30" x 60" in both 1 & 2 rows-hot water or low pressure steam.

• Shell & Tube Chiller Barrels-fully insulated, sizes 5 tons thru 200 tons.
• Various Shell & Tube condensers-up to 300 tons.
• Fan Coil Units, both horizonal & vertical from 400 thru 1,000 c.f.m.
• Belt Drive Air Handlers, both horizontal & vertical from 600 thru 9,000 c.f.m.-variety of options.

USA can usually ship any of these items directly from stock in 24-48 hours to your jobsite.

Option 2 - 5 WORK DAY SHIPMENT PROGRAM

A lot of the equipment that USA Coil & Air builds is specially made to order to meet your exact engineering requirements. USA offers a special 5 work day shipment at a premium on the following equipment. Premiums are higher for 5 work day ships than 10 work day ships.

• Any type of HVAC Coil-Hot Water, Steam, Chilled Water, DX, or Condenser.
• Tube Bundles, Tank Heaters & Heat Exchangers Steam or Hot Water.
• Selected Fan Coils & Accessories-See Option #4.

If you give USA Coil & Air your order, count forward 5 work days and USA Coil & Air will ship your equipment guaranteed on that day. If the equipment doesn't ship on time, then you don't pay the premium. You have to allow several days after shipment to deliver the equipment via common carrier, U.P.S., etc. USA can also ship via special trucker or air freight if you desire.

Option 3 - 10 WORK DAY SHIPMENT PROGRAM

A lot of the equipment that USA Coil & Air builds is specially made to order to meet your exact engineering requirements. USA offers a special 10 work day shipment at a premium on the following equipment. Premiums are less for 10 work day ships than 5 work day ships.

• Any type of HVAC Coil-Hot Water, Steam, Chilled Water, DX, or Condenser.
• Tube Bundles, Tank Heaters & Heat Exchangers Steam or Hot Water.

If you give USA Coil & Air your order, count forward 10 work days and USA Coil & Air will ship your equipment guaranteed on that day. Option 4 - 10 WORK DAY SHIPMENT PROGRAM 4 WEEK SHIP PROGRAM-FAN COIL UNITS ONLY

USA builds a wide variety of fan coils that we offer on either 5 work day ship programs or 4 week ship programs. Our normal shipment schedule is 10 to 14 weeks. Below is a rundown of why you might need fan coils quickly.

• Service or emergency jobs. 5 work day ship, most expensive.
• Design-build or service jobs-4 weeks ship, mid-range expensive.
• New construction/cost effective - no emergency, 10 to 14 weeks, least expensive.

USA has selected the following styles to ship in either 5 work day or 4 week ship programs.

• Horizontal Basic Units - 200 thru 2000 cfm.
• Horizonal Return Plenum Units - 200 thru 2000 cfm.
• Horizontal Exposed Deluxe Cabinet Units - 200 thru 1200 cfm.
• Vertical Basic Units - 200 thru 1200 cfm.
• Vertical Exposed Cabinet Units - 200 thru 1200 cfm.
• Vertical Slope Top Units - 200 thru 1200 cfm.

A wide variety of valve packages, thermostats and coil options are available on either of these (2) ship programs.
